He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance from Frederick University and has built a solid career delivering reliable financial and regulatory solutions to both local and international clients.
With over a decade of professional experience, Giannakis leads Spectramag’s operations with a focus on precision, efficiency, and integrity. He oversees the preparation and submission of statutory returns, manages complex payroll systems, and supports clients with company formation and ongoing corporate obligations. His deep understanding of Cypriot and EU compliance frameworks ensures that clients remain aligned with evolving regulatory requirements.
A key area of his expertise lies in AML compliance, where he has successfully led the firm through regulatory inspections and built robust internal systems to support due diligence and reporting standards. Apostolos is the Legal Partner at Spectramag Finlegal Consultants Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Sussex, where he also earned a Master’s degree in European Politics and Governance.
Fluent in Greek and English, with a strong command of French, Apostolos leads the firm’s litigation and corporate practice. He has successfully negotiated and overseen numerous high-profile cases, employing alternative dispute resolution methods when appropriate. However, he is also a confident and assertive advocate in court when litigation is required.
